EVENTS REGISTRATION
ONLINE OBJECTIVE TESTS:
The Online Testing Procedures memo from Sandy Mills has been sent. Please read all memos and follow them carefully to prepare and register for the online objective tests. Registration for the online objective tests will take place Thursday, January 24, 2019 – Wednesday, February 6, 2019. The online testing window is February 13 - February 27, with no extensions allowed. Please plan to have your students test early in this window in case of inclement weather.

Participants in Performance Events, Pre-judged & Performance Events, and Future Business Leader will compete on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Matoaca High School. Sign-in registration will be from 3:30pm - 3:45pm and events will start promptly at 4:00pm.
**Any student or team that need to cancel, must notify the Tri-Cities Regional Directors by February 8, 2019. The regional directors are:

REGIONAL DUES
Chapters are reminded that regional dues are $100.00 per high school and $50.00 per middle school. Regional dues, as well as students’ state and national dues, must be paid in order for students to be eligible to participate in any competitive event. The due date for regional dues is February 1, 2019. Chapters that have not paid their dues cannot attend the Regional Spring Conference or receive awards.
